We believe that the level of service (or as we say "Care") that we offer to you is at least as important post-sale as it is prior to purchase. That’s one of the reasons that so many of our clients choose Softel-USA when they need to expand.

Your account representative will prepare a Care Contract matrix which allows you to choose the exact level of Care for your system (and it goes without saying that we’ll be here to walk you through your choices!).
